Green-sand-casting
SHENGRONG provides a full range of high-quality sand casting solutions for ductile iron, gray iron. castings range from 0.5 kg to 60 kg, Molds are produced using 780 x 670 x 250/250 automatic green sand molding machines. We run three molding and pouring lines.
Our highly flexible production facilities in green sand molding allow us to produce casting volumes from prototype to 30,000 tons per year.
Green sand casting
Green sand molding process is mainly composed of raw sand, clay, coal powder and water. In the process of molding, sand is formed under the action of external forces and reaches a certain degree of compactness, it is able to volume-produce of castings efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Investment-casting
SHENGRONG provides a full range of high-quality sand casting solutions for ductile iron, gray iron, stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials. We use silica sol investment casting process,have two molding and pouring lines , castings range from 0.2 kg to 100 kg, Maximum size of the mold is 600 x 500 x 500
Our highly flexible production facilities of investment casting allow us to produce casting volumes from prototype to 2,000 tons per year
Investment casting
Investment casting surrounds the pattern with refractory material to make a mold, and a molten metal is cast into the mold. Due to the hardness of refractory materials used, investment casting can produce products with good surface qualities, which can reduce the need for machine processes.
The castings produced by the investment casting process have high surface precision and can adapt to various complex shapes. When customers have special requirements for dimensional accuracy, surface smoothness and part structure design of small and medium-sized parts, investment casting is the best choice
Lost-foam-casting
SHENGRONG provides a full range of high-quality sand casting solutions for ductile iron, gray iron, stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials.highly flexible production facilities of lost foam casting allow us to produce casting volumes from prototype to 20,000 tons per year
Our castings range from 1 kg to 1,000 kg, Maximum size of the flask is 1100 x 1100 x 1000 . We run two molding and pouring lines.
Lost foam casting
Lost foam casting is a type of evaporative-pattern casting process that is similar to investment casting except foam is used for the pattern instead of wax.
This casting process is advantageous for very complex castings that would regularly require cores. It is also dimensionally accurate, maintains an excellent surface finish, requires no draft, and has no parting lines so no flash is formed.
No-bake-resin-sand-casting
SHENGRONG consists of two production molding areas, providing flexible and high capacity production. piece weight from 5 kg to 10,000 kg, produces casting volumes from prototype to 20,000 tons per year.
No-bake resin sand molding
No-brake resin sand molding is a sand molding process where synthetic liquid resin is mixed with the sand, and the mixture hardens and cools at room temperature. The casting is formed by pouring liquid metal into the resulting mold cavity after the sand mixture is fully cured and the mold halves are assembled together. This process takes place in a normal atmosphere without adding heat to the mold prior to the pour.
